HRY SPACE TALK: Strategic and Aesthetic Branding In the Digital Era


On July 11th from 6:30-8:30 pm, HRY SPACE in collaboration with SIMPL MAG will be hosting HRY SPACE Talk under the theme:

“Strategic and Aesthetic Branding in the Digital Era”

HRY SPACE Talk is an integral programming of HRY SPACE, for which we bring industry leading individuals together in a room filled with artworks from a generation of artists that are radically reshaping the contemporary art scene, hearing them share their experiences and ideas on their own works, and how we collectively move forward to drive positive impact for millennial culture worldwide.

Grace Rivera (@__gracerivera)

Grace Rivera is a Photographer based in New York City. After receiving her BFA from Rhode Island School of Design in 2015 she moved to Portland, OR to work in Art Production at Wieden + Kennedy. After two and a half years of production work, an opportunity to go on tour to photograph upcoming UK artist, Jacob Banks, presented itself. She embarked on a 3 month tour around the world and upon returning to work decided to make the leap to full time freelance and moved to NY. Grace's work is largely focused on portraiture that represents her subjects' diverse individuality. She is currently working on a larger body of work that embraces themes of womanhood and stories of the female experience expressed through the mediums of photography and moving image.

Natalie is an Art Director & Visual Designer. Born and raised in Australia, she has been living and working between Los Angeles and New York for the past five years. She got her start as an Art Director in Advertising, where she worked on campaigns for eBay and Google. Natalie is currently Art Director for MILK Studio's Agency, working across film, photography, branding and installation projects.

Vera Wang (@wgempire)

Vera is the founder of WG Empire, online shopping website ‘Verafied’ and cross-platform media ‘VERAWANGxNYC’. She was named as ‘Entrepreneur Ambassador’ by .CO internet domain. She was also named as ‘The Best Chinese Influencer in America’. Vera is the first American Chinese influencer that has cooperated with One World Trade Centre, Amtrak and China Telecommunications Corporation. Her clients include but not limited to Dior, La Prairie, Macy’s, Tmall, Condé Nast and Hunan Television.
